Basically we offer you two possibilities:
1. Bring your device to the retailer.
We will arrange pick-up there, immediately prepare a cost estimate and repair your device within three working days after approval.
Please keep in mind that we cannot control all processes that affect turnaround times.
For example, we immediately transmit the cost estimate to the dealer by fax or e-mail. The faster the decision, the shorter the processing time.
2. Send the machine free to the ROTWERK Service Center.
In case of a warranty claim, we will send you a parcel label for return transport free of charge, or instruct a forwarding agency to pick up the machine. Please give us your fax number or e-mail address so that our quotation can reach you quickly.
We will repair your device as soon as possible after approval and send it back to you.

No estimate is required for warranty repairs. We will ensure that your device is repaired and returned to you promptly.
